Epsilon Iota Iota Chapter History During the Fall of 1990 thirteen (13) men from the Chi Omicron (XO) chapter successfully chartered the Epsilon Iota Iota (EII) chapter. Over the last 19 years EII has been steadfast in its efforts to uphold the fraternity’s Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift. The chapter has successfully sponsored many community based projects in the Greater New Haven area. The chapter also continues to support our international programs through financial contributions and implementation of our national goals. Through the years EII members have actively participated in the following: - Voter Registration Dives
